It is a project that starts from a premise: to combine the design, the implementation in the environment and to be as sustainable as possible. To do this, it follows the LEED®® international evaluation and standard system Leader in Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Design, developed by U.S. Green Building Council to encourage the development of buildings based on sustainable criteria and high efficiency.

The main idea of the project arises from transferring the luxury and uniqueness of the single-family home to collective housing, offering a unique and exclusive residential complex, of great architectural design as well as functionally sustainable and optimized, with domotics and state-of-the-art finishes, which can be added personalized details, giving it a unique and personalized character for each owner.

The proposal is adapted to the topography of the land, generating the minimum impact on the natural characteristics of the plot. This is achieved with the division into blocks of the promotion, adapting each of them to the different contour lines.

As for the set, it is composed of 4 blocks, optimizing the orientation of each one of them to the maximum, and achieving at the same time a space of common areas of great dimensions and possibilities, both sports (paddle, tennis, gym …) , recreational (paradisiacal pools), as playgrounds for children. All this surrounded by a spectacular garden, whose landscaping is designed to the millimeter, in conjunction with an architecture of sculptural character.

Each of the blocks consists of houses with double orientation, providing both facades with all expressiveness and design thanks to the movement of the external boxes, and the combination “flexible” of materials, without this aspect artistic of the blocks affects a simple and solid construction.

The group of houses that make up each block is divided into 3 heights.

The houses on the ground floor have 2 large gardens: one facing South, where nobles areas, including the master suite, and the second, facing north towards which the bedrooms are oriented. Both gardens are in continuity with the common areas.

The first floor has a large porch, which extends the house to the outside asymmetrically as a box, producing privacy and a play of light and shadows so characteristic of Mediterranean architecture.

The second floor has a large eaves that protects from sunlight, and a terrace in extension with the house projected as a box, whose asymmetry is opposite to that of the first floor, and from which you access the roof, in which is an impressive solarium personalized by each owner and with endless possibilities.

The objective of breaking asymmetrical boxes on the terraces and porches on the first and second floors is to cancel out the linearity and monotony that collective housing blocks usually have. In this way, each one of the blocks is endowed with movement and added aesthetic value, since the disposition of the trajectory of each one of them generates a composition of exclusive and resounding façade, which makes each of the blocks a singular building of enormous architectural beauty, thus achieving a reference residential complex in Madrid, resulting from an excellent location and spectacular architecture.
