PARQUE CONDE ORGAZ.
The expansion project started with the idea of maintaining the existing building, embracing it to be integrated into it.
The biggest problem arises in the typological adequacy of both constructions. The final result twin both buildings. The new one, which opens onto the main entrance and the garden, and the pre-existing one, which follows the typology of the adjoining dwellings.
Natural light enters the building through large windows studied according to the different orientations of the plot.
The exterior flooring has been made of Valdepeñas stone while the plastered walls in white contrast with those of brick in the pre-existing housing. The interior flooring is made of oak flooring.
