MOLINO DE LA HOZ.
The play of levels, the large glass boxes and the diversity of styles are the main protagonists of this house in the Madrid mountains.
An ideal place where the sun finds no obstacle and freely floods the spaces.
It is white yet merges with the landscape of oaks and rockroses of its privileged neighborhood and, inside, the light reaches the furthest corner, producing a pleasant feeling of transparency and peace.
The dining room, centered between the entrance to the kitchen and the three glass boxes, merges effortlessly with the landscape. Alongside the living room, separated by a fireplace, we find the television and family room.
The main bedroom is connected with the mountain, from floor to ceiling, through a great window.
The facade is also open to the mountain, by means of a porch and a walkway on the upper level, which allow the play of volumes which the authors seek to be seen. The swimming pool, in an “L” shape, has been placed a step away from the porch and responds to functional criteria.
