Single-family housing

LIENCRES.

The house is resolved by a plane which folds, forming walls and slabs, and enclosing a wood and glass skin which opens towards the views and the sun.

It is a home arranged on two levels above ground (first and second floor) and a semi basement. On the first floor, destined to the living areas, we find the kitchen, living-dining room, office, hall, an external porch and the swimming pool. The semi basement houses the utility rooms, a distribution hall and the laundry and ironing areas. The upper floor contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a terrace and a stair for access to the services on the roof.

The home is conceived as a look-out towards the Cantabrian Sea, adapting to the site’s topography and opening towards the views and the sun.

The entrance takes place from the Northern border of the plot, connecting the public space (sidewalk and car entrance) with the internal urbanization.
