Single-family housing

ANITA VINDEL.

The house is located within the area delimited by the limits of the boundaries, in addition to adjusting to the marked shape of the plot. It takes advantage of their situation within the plot and its orientation to create a series of porches where, depending on their situation and form, they have different functions.

We are looking for a set of marked volumes of solid and glazed cloths and of pure and simple shapes that give play to different rooms and orientations. It is a house that seeks to integrate into the already consolidated plot and its vegetation, where light is a predominant factor in all of it.

The basement is used as a warehouse and storage area, as well as a large multipurpose room sufficiently illuminated through what could be called a small English patio.
