The building is adapted to the topography of the land on the ground floor, locating the premises with different heights that will be adapted to the slope of the Avenida de Alcalde de Móstoles (by means of screeds in the slabs where necessary). On these the first floor is arranged, that gives access to the portals.
The houses have a double orientation, with the day zones towards the center of the first floor patio and the night areas towards the outside of the building.
